When you think of celebrities on the red carpet, paparazzi may come to mind. Those horribly intrusive photos of stars at their worst or the obvious posed shots of stars are all too common at these events. But there is another side to the red carpet and another side to those pictures of movie stars we love so much.
The red carpet is a world unto itself with as many ranging emotions on it as in any great film. Pictures of movie stars taken there don’t need to look like promotional material anymore than they need to embarrass the actors. There are a handful of dedicated photographers that search for something better on the red carpets of Hollywood.

This year sees the Beijing Olympics take place in august. The sporting world will be a buzz of anticipation as it waits to see who will win the major sporting medals and what stories or triumph over adversity will surface. Hopefully this version of the Olympics will be free from the drug scandals that seem to go hand in hand with all major sporting events nowadays and hopefully countries and athletes will be able to leave their political points of view behind them to give us the best possible Olympics, one remembered for events on and around the track rather than off it. No doubt we will have the same countries competing for the lion’s share of the medals with a few success stories from athletes from the smaller countries. But forgetting about the odd sports person that goes against the grain what is it that makes certain countries better at sports and athletics than other countries.

New figures from the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) have shown that although the housing market in the UK is still performing well, buyers are adopting a more cautious approach to property investment.
The association states that during the month of April, there was a stable performance in terms of the number of sales, viewings and and the average house sale price. According to the NAEA, the average number of viewings before a house was purchased was said to stand at 14. It asserts that while this is indicative of consumers being cautious about which property they invest in, the figure stands just two viewings higher than results from 2007.

It is presumed that a web site’s performance are built up significantly via back links. A back link is also known as a one-way link that points to your web site from a outside source ostensibly independent of your site.
The value of a back link to your web site can be measured by at least two yardsticks. Firstly, the Page Rank of the back link source offers a stamp of authority to the link. Secondly, it is of note that the source of the back link emanates on a theme correlating to the subject or niche of your web site.
