Faith + Asking= Results (FAR). You indeed will go
FAR on this principle alone. Faith and Asking go to
very essence of our inner being. We’ve all had
examples of how faith works in our lives, haven’t
we? Think for a second about the last time you had
real faith in something and it came true. If you have
faith, all things are possible!

Do you have a tendency to criticize yourself? Let me guess. You do…if not often, then at least from time to time. I don’t think there is a person who doesn’t question or second guess their abilities, looks, values or some other aspect of themselves, their life or business, every so often.

Would you agree? We all have what I call our inner critic.

Let’s say that you were taking a test and there was a question that asked you to rate your mat attitude on a scale from 1 to 5. What score would you give yourself? A score of 5 would mean that you’re so tough that Randy Couture wouldn’t want to train with you. And a score of 1 would mean that you sit in the parking lot before class, thinking of all the different ways you’ll probably get your butt kicked in during the training session!

Since the beginning of human existence, teachers/gurus have imparted great truths regarding the cause of the pain people experience in their lives. These truths point in the opposite direction than where most people look. Your enemy is not who you think it is. The adversary in your life, the thorn in your side—the source of anger that compels you to blame someone or something—is not what you believe it to be. It is not something ‘out there.’ It is something ‘in here;’ an inner enemy.

You can no doubt name a hundred issues that you think is your enemy, but the enemy is not:

We all need a bit of a pick up from to time and in this article I aim to do just that, I am going to be giving free tips to help people to increase their confidence and self-esteem. I have managed to come through and win many battles in my own life including; overcoming a stutter and managing to lose a great deal of weight to attain my target clothes size. I had a number of confidence issues during the period when I had the stutter and life seemed so difficult back then.

A writer once wrote, “No nation is greater than its mothers, for they are the makers of men” But, when I turn on my television and see the numbers of mothers who are killing their children I must ask myself, “What drives a mother to point of killing her own child?” “What is it in our society that makes a mother feel so desperate, so alone, that she believes her only recourse is the death of herself and her children?” Andrea Yates, who killed her five children; Dee Etta Perez, who shot her three children; Deanna Lany, who beat her two sons; Lisa Ann Diaz who drowned her daughters; Dena Schlosser, who fatally severed her daughters arms; and now Gilberta Estrada, who hung herself and her children. Not to mention the countless number of babies that are born and left in dumpsters even with the passing of a new law that says they can leave them in safe places and receive no repercussions.
